I help women who have experienced trauma reclaim their life through self development and personal growth.

 

Through an intense journey of INTENTIONAL HEALING, the Lord has set me free from a self-imposed prison. I spent much of my life trying to walk my own path but God never left my side and has always gently led me back to His path. My passion is to help lead others to His path. I have overcome many challenges including childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, and mental and emotional abuse. Through my healing journey I have learned the importance of striving to live a life of balance-mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.

I completed my Master's degree in Human Services Counseling with a cognate in Life Coaching at Liberty University in August of 2015. I am a Board Certified Advanced Christian Life Coach. I received my credentialing through the Board of Christian Life Coaching.
